China remains an important market for European wine producers, but changing consumption habits have made it more selective. Understanding who buys wine, where they buy it and how preferences vary across cities can help exporters choose the right products, position them effectively and identify suitable distributors.
Patricia Aranguren Moliner, Assistant Manager, International Business Advisory Team at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Europe Desk, will speak at a hybrid seminar in Sofia and online organised by the EU SME Centre with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Association for Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe (APACCCEEC).
The event will explore trends in China’s wine market and practical considerations for European SMEs seeking to enter or expand in it. It will take place simultaneously onsite in Sofia and online.
