Lovisetti teaching Master

Next June 15, Giovanni Lovisetti - Senior Manager Associate at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Milan Office - will be teaching a class at the 32nd edition of the Master “Business and Law”, organized by the business school of “IlSole24Ore”, the most renowned Italian financial newspaper. Giovanni’s presentation will focus on the main aspects of the Chinese legal system and the different kinds of legal entity that foreign investors are permitted to incorporate in China in order to safely navigate the complexities of the market.
