Daisy Huang, South China’s Head of Audit and Compliance of Dezan Shira & Associates, is visiting the United States beginning May 15th and is available to meet for discussions concerning China’s foreign investment tax issues, including overviews of the current business environment.
During her U.S. tour, Ms. Huang will provide an examination of the direction and development of China in comparison with other Asian countries at the Asia Business Forum: How to Find Your Dragon organized by the CalCPA Peninsula Silicon Valley and Silicon Valley San Jose Chapters in San Jose, California on May 19.
Ms. Huang will also be in the cities listed below and available for meetings should people wish to meet with him to discuss business in China and Asia.

Daisy joined Dezan Shira & Associates in September 2006, after several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she has worked as part of the audit department since graduating from Zhongshan University, one of the top ranking universities in Asia.
Daisy is experienced in the fields of corporate structuring, tax planning, internal control improvement and accounting and financing issues relating to foreign invested enterprises and advises our international clients on tax and internal control matters. She is a qualified Chinese Certified Public Accountant.
