Doing Business in China with Prosperity Advisors

Regional Director of the Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta offices, Richard Cant, will discuss doing business in China at the Prosperity Advisors’ Sydney office during his tour of Australia and New Zealand. His presentation will cover a range of topics, such as choosing your legal structure in China, e-commerce in China, Chinese compliance and taxation issues and business opportunities and challenges in China.

Richard Cant, an Australian lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, has worked in business and commercial consulting both in Australia and China for the past 20 years. During this time he has amassed a huge wealth of business knowledge, especially in the areas of corporate accounting services and business advisory services in China and Hong Kong.
