Doing Business in China for the 100K Strong Initiative

Mr. Riccardo Benussi, International Business Advisory Associate at the Shanghai office of Dezan Shira & Associates, will present ”An Introduction to Doing Business in China" on May 26^th to a group of US university students selected by President Obama’s 100K Strong Initiative.

Riccardo will address the following issues:

-          an economic overview of China

-          investment vehicles available in China for foreign investors

-          Intellectual Property Rights Issues and Trademarks Regulation

-          challenges that firms may face investing in China

Riccardo Benussi is an associate on the international business advisory team for the Shanghai office of Dezan Shira & Associates. Riccardo assists foreign invested companies from Europe, North and South America with their investments in China. Riccardo’s areas of expertise include setting up of wholly foreign-owned enterprises and representative offices, and trademark filing in China.
