Dezan Shira & Associates' Partner, Adam Livermore, in panel discussion on Using Payroll and Outsourcing Services

Singapore | November 14, 2013 | 11:30am - 12.30pm

As organisations seek to compete in a global marketplace, many have decided to outsource non-core skills. In parts of Asia, however, many outsourced arrangements have been prompted primarily by companies looking to circumvent onerous employment obligations. What are the unique ethical, reputational and legal considerations to take into account when considering outsourcing and payrolling options? And what are the best practices that organisations need to implement in order to have success with these outsourced and payroll services?

Adam Livermore, Partner and Regional Manager of Dezan Shira & Associates, will address these questions and more during his attendance at the 2013 CWS Summit in Singapore. During this Summit he will be participating as a panelist for a session titled "Using Payrolling and Outsourcing Services to Improve Workforce Results and Manage Legal Risk."
