Intern of Corporate Accounting Services

主要职责：（基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

负责协助财务部处理如下事项，包括但不限于：

• 负责账册、报表、传票的装订、保管，会计档案的管理工作；

          Responsible for filling & safekeeping of financial documents, such as accounting vouchers, financial statements, etc.

• 协助ERP项目组完成海外公司客户数据，项目数据和账单信息的收集，整理，复核和录入。

          Assist ERP core team on oversea office ERP implementation, such as customer data, project data and invoice data collection, review and input.

• 协助员工报销差旅费等的工作；

          Assist reimbursement of staff’s traveling and other expenses;

• 协助高级内部会计运用ERP和金蝶软件处理公司会计凭证；

          Assist the Senior Internal Accountant to prepare journal entries in ERP and K3;

• 银行和税务的外勤工作；

          Legwork for tax filing and bank payments;

• 公司交办的其他事项。

          Other tasks assigned by the Company.

要求和技能Qualifications and Skills

• 良好的沟通能力

          Good communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments

• 良好的中英文口语及写作能力

          Good spoken and written English and Mandarin

• 会计或财务管理专业

          Major in accounting or financial management

• 对财务、税务、ERP系统等相关工作有浓厚的兴趣

          Interests in cashier, accounting and tax related work

• 在校生，每周至少能工作4个工作日

          University students who could work at least 3-4 days a week

• 勤奋好学

          Diligent and willing to learn

• 实习期：3-6个月

          Internship lengths: 3-6 months
