Fernando Oca is the managing director of Siam Royal International Law and Accounting Associates, Co., Ltd. in Thailand, a Dezan Shira & Associates Asian Alliance Partner. He is also the director of the Spanish-Thai Chamber of Commerce (SPTCC), and a member of the SME Committee of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand (JFCCT).
Siam Royal International is a multidisciplinary firm, established in Bangkok in 2011 to provide legal, business planning, and corporate services, as well as accounting, payroll, immigration, notarial, and tax advisory services in Thailand, acting as a one-stop service provider for foreign entities and individuals in Thailand.
Fernando graduated in economics from Barcelona University (UB), in business sciences from Abat Oliba CEU University, and obtained a master’s degree in business communication from INSA. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate, tax, accounting, and immigration law in Thailand.
