Bio
Zolzaya oversees management of client projects in China for Dezan Shira’s Business Intelligence Unit, a division providing strategic solutions for foreign companies seeking to enter into or expand operations within the Chinese market. As part of the China team, she has assisted SMEs and larger MNCs with studies on industry conditions, regulatory and compliance requirements, multi-city opportunity studies, country-by-country analysis and more.
As an editor for Dezan Shira’s Asia Briefing Ltd. subsidiary, Zolzaya has written articles predominantly on China Briefing to help foreign companies understand regional integration and trade, and relevant investment opportunities.
Previously, Zolzaya worked in business and transactions consulting, within research and project management roles. She holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Kenyon College.
