Shirley Chu is a manager with transfer pricing team at Dezan Shira & Associates. She advises clients on transfer pricing and international tax concerning investment in China.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Shirley worked eight years in Big Four firms. Her work included assisting with transfer pricing legislation compliance and tax advisory services for multinational companies' business operations in China.

Shirley has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in Dalian and a dual bachelor's degree in management from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, in Japan.
