Seung Hyo (Sam) Baek is a senior foreign attorney in the Corporate Group of Lee & Ko, who represents Dezan Shira & Associates in South Korea as part of the Dezan Shira Asian Alliance.
Sam’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JV), corporate governance, outbound investments, foreign investments, and general corporate matters. He has over a decade of professional experience working in international law firms where he has led multiple M&A projects and entity establishments for clients across Asia, North America and Europe.
Sam has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and East Asian Studies from Johns Hopkins University and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
