Bio

Quynh Huong Tran (Helen) is a Strategic Advisor for Business and Sourcing Consulting, specializing in Manufacturing Network & Supplier Transformation, Market Expansion, and FDI/Trade Advisory across Vietnam and ASEAN. She currently serves as Head of Business Intelligence at Ascentium Group.

With over 12 years of experience at the intersection of global trade, sourcing strategy, and industrial technology, Helen has helped international companies strengthen their supplier networks, manufacturing organizations, and market-entry strategies across the region, including cross-manager responsibility for a firm's M&A and Market Expansion division. She has overseen 150+ sourcing and go-to-market consulting projects, contributed to budget formulation and P&L management, and facilitated high-level industrial dialogues between international stakeholders and local associations.

Helen also brings direct experience in FDI and trade promotion, having led high-level trade and investment missions, advised foreign corporates on New York State's economic incentive programs, and overseen market entry reports and competitive analyses.

Earlier in her career, Helen served as Business Development Supervisor at the French Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Vietnam, leading export coordination and supporting Vietnamese companies' participation in international exhibitions.

Helen holds a Bachelor's in Economics-Management and a Master's in Finance and Banking, both from Rennes 1 University, France. She is currently pursuing a DBA at Golden Gate University (USA) on a Global Leadership Scholarship, researching supply chain resilience and cross-border trade dynamics.

Helen is a frequent speaker at industry forums, including METALEX, VCCI, Global Sources, ITPC, and Bloomberg Business Vietnam, on supply chain resilience, EU-CBAM, China+1 strategy, and manufacturing sourcing strategy for Southeast Asia.
