Penny Yuan is the Manager of our Audit Services team in the Beijing office, with over 11 years of expertise in audit, financial advisory, and accounting.
Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Penny provided services to publicly listed companies in China and foreign-invested businesses in sectors such as manufacturing, trading, internet, healthcare, power generation, IT, and consulting.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology and became a licensed Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2018. Penny is also an ACCA candidate, well-versed in IFRS and IAS standards.
