Mosley Li is an Assistant Manager on the Human Resources Administration and Payroll Services team at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Shenzhen office. She graduated from University of Iowa where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Economics with minors in Business administration and Psychology.  She joined DSA in September 2018, and has provided excellent HR admin & payroll services for clients in multiple industries. Mosley is specialized in visa services, Hong Kong SAR and China's Mainland payroll services, RO dispatching/Offshore service and labor law advisory.
