Dezan Shira & Associates Alumni

Marcos is the Head of ASEAN Advisory based out of Singapore. He is in charge of managing corporate and individual clients across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. He is responsible for inbound and outbound projects related to tax advisory, employment and work permits, and global expansion with a focus on the ASEAN region.

Marcos joined Dezan Shira & Associates in July 2019, where he worked as Assistant Manager in the International Business Advisory team, handling multidisciplinary projects across Southern China, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Marcos worked for advisory firms in Hong Kong and Spain. Marcos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Edinburgh Napier University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Huddersfield. He is a member of the Spanish Bar Association.
