Lindsay Shi is a Recruitment Consultant on Dezan Shira & Associates HR Services team where she mainly focuses on recruitment, HR administration, social insurance and housing fund business, salary structure, performance appraisal, and employee relationships.
Prior to joining Dezan Shira, Lindsay spent several years working in a headhunting firm where she gained a good command of the recruitment landscape in China. Lindsay is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English and speaks Japanese as well. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Hebei University of Architecture.
