Hazel Wang is a Manager at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Tianjin office and a member of the Business Advisory team and the HR and Payroll team. She provides professional legal services in various aspects, including but not limited to business investment advisory, contract drafting and reviewing, due diligence service, registration of all business entities as well as labor disputes resolution. She is also in charge of payroll processing service, HR & Payroll audit, etc.
In the past 12 years, Hazel provided excellent services to the clients in FDI, labor legal issues and HR & Payroll advisory, etc. Being a generalist serving two different departments, she acquired the outstanding ability to handle legal and human resources related matters comprehensively and efficiently. Her professionalism gained high praise from the clients and internal team members.
Hazel holds double bachelor’s degree in Economic Law and Business English from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. She also passed the Bar Examination in 2011.
