Hardy Salim is part of Dezan Shira & Associates' Business Advisory Service unit, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He advises investors related to legal matters for their proposed investment or commercial transaction in Indonesia.
Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, he worked in prominent law firms and companies as legal counsel where he assisted in several commercial transactions, including but not limited to M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and personal data protection related matters.
Hardy holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta. He is licensed as an advocate by the Indonesian National Bar Council (DPN Indonesia) and is also a member of the council. Hardy speaks fluent Bahasa and English
