Fanny Zhang is a Senior Manager with the Business Advisory Services team at Dezan Shira & Associates' Beijing office. She specializes in legal advisory on corporate governance, compliance, foreign direct investment, due diligence, intellectual property protection, corporate establishment and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, labor disputes, and residence permits for expatriates. Fanny also has expertise in establishing offshore entities, including Hong Kong, BVI, and Samoa companies.
Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Fanny served as an in-house lawyer at a prominent private group from 2003 to 2008. She later worked as a legal counsel at a Hong Kong law firm from 2010 to 2014.
Fanny holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Dundee and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Capital University of Economics and Business. She passed the PRC Bar Examination in 2006 and holds a Certificate of Lawyer’s Qualification.
