He specializes in corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and personal data protection compliance, providing legal support for market entry and commercial activities in Indonesia.
Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, he worked at prominent law firms specializing in corporate advisory and capital markets, particularly IPO and Rights Issue transactions. He has also served as a legal counsel, advising start-up companies in the healthcare, technology, and AI sectors on regulatory compliance, contract drafting, personal data protection compliance, investment-related matters, and licensing. His experience further includes supporting certification processes such as the Ministry of Health Regulatory Sandbox and ISO 27001.
Daffa holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universitas Airlangga and speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.
