Angela Zhang is a Manager on the Human Resources Administration and Payroll Services team at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Beijing office. Angela graduated from CAU (China Agriculture University) where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in English. She joined DSA in October 2010, and in the past 8 years has provided excellent HR admin & payroll services for both clients and internally. Angela is specialized in payroll services, related IIT for both expat and local individuals, RO dispatching service, labor law and human resource management.
