Ada Zhou is a Manager on our Corporate Accounting & Tax Services team in the Shanghai office. Before joining DSA in 2016, she spent four years in auditing for different CPA firms.
Within DSA, Ada advises a diverse range of clients on a variety of PRC accounting, tax, and compliance issues. She is experienced in assisting clients with matters such as cross-border tax planning, outbound payment, tax structuring, PRC tax compliance, intercompany transactions, contract review, individual income tax, etc. She has rich knowledge of accounting and tax policies regarding WFOEs operating in China.
Ada also holds a Medium Level Accountant certificate.
