Aaron Li is a Manager at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Dalian office, leading the Corporate Accounting Services team. He provides services and advice to clients in various aspects, including accounting and taxation.
Aaron is particularly experienced in the fields of accounting advisory, financial reporting, tax planning, and financial issues relating to property development and property management. He has 20 years of experience in accounting, tax, and financial management at several large domestic corporates listed in New York and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Aaron had 15 years’ experience with Dalian Wanda Group, a large Chinese real estate company, from where he gathered rich experience in accounting and financial management, including accounting and tax compliance with laws, regulations, and policies of PRC capital and budget management, tax planning, project funding strategies and ERP system development.
Aaron holds bachelor's degree in taxation, and master's degree in accounting from DongBei University of Finance and Economics. He has also qualified as a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2009 and joined CPA Australia in 2022.
