China Business Training with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise

Regional Director of the Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta offices of Dezan Shira & Associates, Richard Cant, will provide a training session for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) during his upcoming visit to Auckland. He will cover topics such as legal structures for foreign enterprises in China, the Chinese e-commerce industry, the Chinese taxation system and common hurdles for doing business in China.

Richard, an Australian lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, has worked in business and commercial consulting both in Australia and China for the past 20 years. During this time he has amassed a huge wealth of business knowledge, especially in the areas of corporate accounting services and business advisory services in China and Hong Kong.
