Job Description:
- Oversee research and analysis on investment, legal, tax, commercial, and logistics matters, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and solution-oriented outputs.
- Manage and coordinate a team of business advisors, working closely with other departments to deliver integrated services for clients.
- Engage directly with existing and potential clients to understand needs, propose practical solutions, and oversee implementation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead and manage company establishment, tax registration, and related HR and IP procedures needed for starting and running business operations.
- Maintain relationships with international clients while developing ties with local partners, including government authorities and service providers.
- Contribute content for the firm’s publications and deliver presentations as needed.
- Oversee project progress and output quality within the department, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Identify and propose additional services and solutions that create value for clients and support the firm’s broader practice areas.
- Stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments, ensuring timely information is translated into practical solutions for clients.
- Carry out other assignments or projects as directed by the Country Director or Managing Partner.
- Report directly to the Country Director.
Job Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience. Managerial background preferred but not required.
- Education: University degree in law (business, labor, or investment law preferred). Lawyer qualification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Proven management and planning skills, ensuring progress and quality of work.
- Strong negotiation skills and fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Experience in international service firms or foreign companies is an advantage.
