Senior Accounting Associate, Corporate Accounting Services

主要职责：（基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

1. Supervise and prepare PRC accounting books and reports for the clients from overseas in accordance with PRC regulations and ensure all accounting treatment in compliance with PRC laws;

按照中国会计准则，指导和准备外资企业的账务和报告，并确保所有的会计处理符合中国的法律。

 2. Supervise and prepare PRC tax filings for the clients and assist on taxation advisories;

指导和准备客户的纳税申报，帮助客户解决税务问题。

 3. Conduct internal auditing in compliance with HQ requirements in foreign invested Co.;

根据客户总部的要求，实施内部审计。

 4. Conduct internal review of accounting records in compliance with PRC laws in foreign invested Co.

根据中国的法律，复核客户的会计账务。

 5. Assist on annual audit and annual tax verification audit report; Supervise and prepare annual CIT filing and other annual reports to government for client;

协助客户完成年度审计、税审工作；指导和准备客户的年度汇算清缴工作及其他年度报告。

 6. Assist on implementation and improvement of internal management to fulfill daily operations in foreign invested Co. ; manufacturing accounting work experience is preferred;

为实现日常营运管理，协助客户实施和改善内部管理；有工业企业工作背景者优先。

 7. Attend meeting with clients and prepare proposal accordingly;

参加客户会议并根据会议内容准备相应的项目建议书。

 8. Reply question from Business Develop Department and clients;

及时回复业务拓展部门及客户的问题。

 9. Handle some projects, perform as a consultant on closure project, tax or accounting advisory projects and presentation;

作为项目经理，组织实施各种咨询项目，如企业关闭项目、税务或会计咨询项目。

10. Review all team members' bookkeeping and tax filing;

复核所有员工的账务和纳税申报。

 11. Timely supervise team members to solve clients' accounting and tax issues;

领导团队及时处理客户的会计和税务问题；

 12. Be willing to teach and train the team members' to improve techniques;

负责下属员工的培训工作，以提高员工的会计工作技能；

 13. Other jobs assigned by the company;

完成公司布置的其他工作；

 

 工作要求   Job Requirements

 1. Fluency in both written and spoken English and strong PC skills;

流利的英文书写和口语能力，较强的计算机操作能力；

 2. University degree in accounting or finance, qualified accountant, CPA is preferred;

会计或财务专业本科学历，拥有会计执业资格，拥有CPA证书者优先考虑；

 3. At less 5 years accounting experiences in foreign co. or international accounting firm in China or abroad an advantage;

至少拥有5年的外企会计从业经验，有中国或国外会计咨询机构工作经验者优先；

 4. Independent, self-motivated, mature and well organized, able to manage and implement tax and accounting issues of foreign invested enterprise;

个性独立、积极、成熟稳重，能较好的组织和处理外企客户的税务和财务问题；

 5. A good understanding of cost accounting and VAT rebate experience preferred;

拥有成本会计及增值税退税经验者优先考虑；

 6. Good skills of finance reporting and analysis;

财务报表与财务分析的能力；

 7. Outgoing, good communication and team work spirit;

善于沟通，具有较强的团队合作能力；

 8. Hands-on experience in using ERP SYSTEM preferred;

拥有ERP系统操作经验者优先考虑；

 9. A self starter, willing to work flexible hours, able to meet deadline and work under pressure.

有较强的时间观念，愿意在压力下工作。
