In 2016, Russia’s e-commerce market is looking at an annual growth rate of 15%.  A growth in domestic internet users, an increase in the average Russian's understanding of the internet environment, and reduced mobile costs have all played a role in the strong growth of Russia’s e-commerce industry.  However, the nation’s ailing economy has brought about a decline in consumer purchasing power, subsequently limiting the potential for market growth.
