Dezan Shira & Associates have been operational in Vietnam since early 2008 and maintain two offices in the country, in Hanoi and Saigon.

The services we provide are to foreign investors wishing to establish a presence in the country, in addition to restructuring or providing other legal, administration, operational and tax accounting and due diligence advice to already established multinationals in the country. We are a licensed business advisory practice in Vietnam and in common with the larger firms also provide a legal services division for legal administration, business licensing and tax planning & compliance work.

Our Vietnam client base is multinational, and includes many well known businesses from overseas, predominantly in the manufacturing sectors. Staff in our offices are a mixture of local and foreign lawyers, accountants and auditors; all are fluent in English as well as Vietnamese. Additionally, several European languages are spoken in-house. In total we are retained by about 100 clients in Vietnam from over 20 countries and employ full time legal, accounting, tax and audit professionals in the country to assist with our clients due diligence, corporate establishment, and tax / accounting needs.
