Gigi Wong is the Manager of Business Advisory Service of Dezan Shira & Associates in our Hong Kong office. Her team provides a wide range of business advisory services include company incorporation, company registration renewal and changes, deregistration and company statutory compliance for Hong Kong companies. Besides, her team also handles trademark registration, visa application and business advisory services.
Gigi has been working in the corporate services field for more than 8 years. Apart from Hong Kong companies, she is also familiar with incorporation in different offshore jurisdictions, such as BVI, Samoa, and Seychelles.
Gigi holds an Honours Degree of Human Resource Management and a Master Degree of Corporate Governance. Currently, she is an Associate Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
