Adam Livermore - Regional Manager
Adam joined Dezan Shira & Associates in 2006 after working for several years in the field of real estate management for GMAC Commercial Mortgage in Tokyo, Japan. He holds a BSc in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Sheffield. His experience working for an institutional investor combined with a detailed knowledge of the regulations and systems governing business in China give him a good understanding of the requirements of foreign businesses entering the Chinese market.
Adam oversees a wide range of projects implemented across the Dongbei region and Shandong Province from the Dalian office. In recent years he has focused on expanding the firm’s involvement in the payroll outsourcing sector. Adam is originally from London and speaks, reads and writes Japanese and Chinese in addition to his native English.
