Bio
Sudesh manages Dezan Shira & Associates’ Corporate Accounting Services at the firm’s Mumbai office. His team provides a wide range of accounting and tax services to both Indian and international companies. Sudesh manages the operations of the Mumbai office and works closely with Dezan Shira & Associates’ international offices.
Sudesh has over 20 years of experience in finance, with in-depth knowledge and expertise in accounting, Indian GAAP, IFRS, project costing, planning & analysis, and MIS reporting. He possesses a global understanding in financial & management accounting, corporate law, and business combinations.
Sudesh holds a master’s degree in Finance, ACCA Qualification, and a diploma in IFRS. Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Sudesh worked with companies in the ITES/IT, Banking, and Healthcare & Management Consulting industries.
