Bio
Mr. Korts is a Managing Partner of Korts Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Cologne and represents Dezan Shira & Associates in Germany.
After Sebastian obtained his law degree and became a specialist lawyer for tax law, he founded Korts Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Cologne. Due to his specialty in international tax law he has also been teaching at different universities in recent years. Sebastian is a German Attorney-at-Law, a Certified Tax Lawyer and Certified Lawyer for Commercial and Company Law, and a Tax-Offence Defense Lawyer. He holds an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff and an M.I. Tax from the University of Hamburg, and completed his law degree at the University of Cologne.
