Richelle Tay

Bio

Richelle is the Senior Manager of the Dezan Shira & Associates Singapore Office and Head of ASEAN Advisory. Over the few years, she has successfully built up a growing team of Corporate Accounting Service and Business Advisory Service professionals. Her Singapore team manages wide range of accounting, individual and corporate taxation, corporate establishment, payroll administration, human resource compliance, work pass and immigration administration and advisory services for both Singapore corporate and individual clients. She also works closely with our international offices for complex corporate structuring and tax matters.

Richelle has been in the corporate accounting field for more than 7 years and focuses on the following areas:

  • Corporate establishment in Singapore and Corporate structuring
  • Individual and Corporate tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Withholding tax advisory
  • Corporate accounting, financial analysis, audit and compliance
  • Payroll and human resource compliance

Richelle holds a Professional Certification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and is a full member of ACCA. Richelle is also a Singapore Chartered Accountant and a Singapore Accredited Tax Practitioner awarded by the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). In addition, she is a Qualified Individual registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
