Re-location in China: Site Selection, Legal, HR & Tax Considerations

On March 30th, Dezan Shira & AssociatesShanghai office hosted the first client-only seminar of 2018 on the topic of ‘Relocation in China’.  Around 20 clients and partners of Dezan Shira & Associates visited our Shanghai office, met with professional advisors from different departments, listened to three keynote speeches from site selection, legal, HR & Tax perspectives about relocation, and had stimulating discussions on key problems and concerns they met in practice.

Zolzaya Erdenebileg, Dezan Shira & Associates’ Senior Associate of Business Intelligence team, introduced general relocation trends and site selection metrics developed to help FDIs find the most suitable site locations in China.

This half-day exclusive client seminar not only provided a great platform for Dezan Shira & Associates’ clients and partners to get comprehensive knowledge on doing business in Asia from different perspectives, but also provided a great chance for Dezan Shira & Associates to meet with partners and clients to better understand their needs, answer questions and discuss more customized business solutions.
