BIO

Junyi Zhang works as the International Payroll Manager of Human Resources Administration and Payroll Services at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Dalian office. Junyi directly manages overseas offices payroll and leads the team in providing integrated payroll processing services to clients across China, Vietnam, India, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Junyi worked in the Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) field for more than ten years across various domains, including IT, marketing, finance, human resource administration and payroll.  Junyi has successfully built up subsidiaries in Shanghai and Dalian for a multinational company, and managed the operations to provide the services to the client in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korean with local and remote teams.

Junyi obtained a Bachelors degree in Management at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan and a Bachelors degree in  Economics at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in China.
