Isabelle Ding is an associate with the International Business Advisory team at Dezan Shira & Associates' Shanghai office. She specializes in mergers and acquisition, legal and financial due diligence, corporate restructuring, divestiture and winding up, as well as related China employment and labor issues.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Isabelle worked in the UK and China in the area of corporate finance and international trade.

Isabelle has a Master degree in Public Administration from London School of Economics and a bachelor degree in Economics and Business from York University, Canada.
