During the event, Dezan Shira & Associates’ Regional Director (Shanghai), Vivian Mao, shared her insights on China Outbound Investments as well as M&A solutions for companies looking to invest outside of China.
Over 40 attendees from various law firms, CPA firms, banking companies and capital management corporations were present at the seminar. Vivian also introduced Dezan Shira and Associates and discussed the services that could benefit companies looking to invest overseas.
