Kathy Wang is an Assistant Manager on the Business Advisory Service team at Dezan Shira & Associates' Suzhou office.
She provides legal advisory on FDI investment vehicle, business investment advisory, corporate establishment, amendment, restructuring, liquidation, mergers & acquisitions, contract drafting and reviewing, labor disputes solving etc.
Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Kathy worked in a consulting firm in Beijing, mainly focus on cross-border receivership, restructuring and insolvency relates to a wide range of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, catering and education in PRC, Hong Kong, Cayman Islands and BVI.
Kathy holds a master’s degree in American Law from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Nanjing University. Kathy holds the Certificate of Lawyer’s Qualification and Certificate of Senior Corporate Compliance Manager.
