Helen Chen is the accounting manager at Dezan Shira & Associates' Hangzhou office. Since joining the firm in 2012, Helen engages in corporate accounting support and consults clients on tax issues.

Before working for Dezan Shira & Associates, Helen was an accountant in different industries and gained additional experience in finance, human resources and administration. She has worked as an accounting manager and expert in GL accounting, VAT refund and cash flow management.

Helen graduated from Northeast University Qinhuangdao branch with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
