Dawn is a Manager on the Business Advisory team in Dezan Shira’s Singapore office.
With more than 10 years’ of experience in corporate administration including time at a fund services company and family office set up, she advises on group structure planning, corporate governance, due diligence on KYC, intercompany flow of funds and company domiciliation.
She also develops the operation procedures of corporate administration function and advises on service digitization.
An excellent communicator and highly professional, she is able to present highly complex topics in an approachable way to her clients in the course of her service delivery. She is a member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
