The Belt & Road Initiative, the Chinese Development Model and the Importance of Relations in the Area: the Case of Vietnam

Avv. Giovanni Lovisetti, Senior Associate of Dezan Shira & Associates, will provide a lecture on Vietnam for the Confucius Institute of the Catholic University of Milan on December 13, 2022. As part of his lecture, Giovanni will discuss the growing importance of Vietnam in China's Belt & Road Initiative, highlighting its advantages for European companies wishing to implement a China +1 investment strategy. Furthermore, Giovanni will also cover basic legal aspects for doing business in Vietnam.
