Role: Junior Associate 

This hire fulfills a key marketing and technology support role with Dezan Shira & Associates (DSA), by providing CRM admin and user support, including daily record administration, lead assignment, and record/event coordination. You will additionally support other collaborative initiatives to accelerate our internal business intelligence in marketing segmentation and analytics - and help to empower our users across many offices through training and communication about using CRM and information tools. This position has opportunities for advancement upon demonstrating technical, organizational (people, process communication) and collaborative skills, and strong performance in its areas of responsibilities.

Key duties/responsibilities:

Group Support, Research & Coordination

  • Assist group users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions, providing guidance and help - on-demand and proactively;
  • Maintain CRM record integrity; Allocate new opportunities to appropriate company specialists;
  • Coordinate and execute CRM data research and enrichment activities;
  • Communicate reminders to help ensure records are handled within a timely manner, across the group;
  • Update the company CRM software systems with accurate opportunity and client information;

Information, Reporting and other Responsibilities

  • Provide professionally formatted, accurate campaign and opportunity reports regularly and on-time;
  • Assist with client and market segment capabilities, and help to continually enhance our related capabilities;
  • Assist with developing data driven insights from analytics and reporting;
  • Assist with developing custom CRM reports and dashboards requested by the business lines.
  • Assist with minor design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM DB fields, screens, workflows, reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to workflow analysis and process engineering activities that have an impact on CRM applications.
  • Communicate with DSA offices across Asia to collect regular reports for collation;
  • Keep abreast of DSA’s latest publications every day, to continually enhance your knowledge;
  • Develop an understanding DSA’s services which relate to foreign investment, legal, tax, and accounting;

Requirements

Education, Language and Technical skill

  • Bachelor degree or higher;
  • Business-level English writing and speaking language skills; Other languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable and skilled with daily CRM admin tasks and queries, and a basic understanding of dbases, attributes & UI’s.
  • Excellent formula, analysis and reporting skills in Microsoft Excel,

Language and Technical abilities

  • Excellent, business-level English writing and speaking language skills; Other languages are a plus.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a multinational company, within a cross-organizational role;
  • 2+ years of ERP or CRM administration experience.

Character and ethic

  • Accurate, diligent and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly yet persistent nature;
  • Multi-tasks and works efficiently and independently, under deadline;
  • Works very effectively within (and enjoys) diverse multicultural and multi-linguistic teams;

Location, Start Date, and Salary

Must currently be a resident in the country of hire.

  • Salary negotiable depending on demonstrable skills, working experience and educational background.
