IT Service Manager

Job summary
The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for developing our company’s business in IT services together with the International Business Advisory team, and for providing IT services to our clients which includes but not limited to IT consulting, IT project implementation and IT helpdesk support service. Work with local office staff together to digitalize the current business process will be another important job of this position. The selected candidate will also be involved with company internal IT system / infrastructure administration and support to end user occasionally by working with global IT support team (mainly located in China).
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
Business development
- Working with marketing team to create slides and content for presentations (to be delivered online and offline, from time to time), brochures and other deliverables with the purpose of promoting the firm’s IT services and support in Vietnam
- Develop the firm’s IT business in conjunction with International Business Advisory team, by attending events and networking
- Contribute to the onboarding of leads (potential clients) by providing technical support and assessments to International Business Advisory team
- Client service
- Follow up the lead with International Business Advisory team; Make the comment and answer client’s query from a technical side
- Collaborate with internal team to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high client satisfaction
- Provide timely technical support on IT issues and advisory service for clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality when interacting with the clients
- Be aware of and collect the technical IT trend in local market
Digitalization of internal business process
- Deep communication with local office team to understand business nature and work with local team leader together to analyze and define the requirement needed for digitalization
- Work with global IT and IS team together to deliver the digitalization solution
- Provide product / system presentation or demo to staff and training to end users
Project farming and follow-up
- Oversee the project from start to finish and perform a key role in project planning, designing, budgeting, implementation, and identification of resource needed
- Communicate with client and define business requirements
- Implementation of various operation through proper coordination
- Take care the deliverables and close the project
IT Documentation
- Create and maintain all client’s project related documents/profiles
- Assist to create or carry out IT policies, procedures and guidelines
- Optimize and document IT processes
Internal IT administration and support
- Perform administration of Azure, Office 365, Windows server, Active Directory and Azure AD, Hyper-V, firewall system, backup on occasional cases
- Occasionally collaborate with internal IT Support team to provide IT helpdesk services which including IT enquiry, PC/Laptop setup, repairing and trouble-shooting issues to all colleagues across 17 offices in Asia region
Job Requirements
Skills
- Be familiar with modern cloud technology and proven experience of popular cloud platforms and services. Deep understanding and experience of Microsoft 365 / Azure /Dynamics365 / Power Platform or AWS cloud platform would be a plus
- Strong knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure planning, building up and maintenance
- Knowledge of information security with experience of implementing security project or security management
- Knowledge and experience of IT compliance (data protection) in VN or ASEAN countries will be a plus
- Knowledge and experience of ERP project, including but not limited to Pre-sales, business requirement analysis, system implementation and other related work, will be a plus.
- Proven hands-on experience of project management
- Good communication skill and team cooperation spirit
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Good document writing and presentation skills
- Willingness to work beyond office hours in case of any urgent and important incidents
- Excellence analytical & reporting skills; systematic, possession of self-initiative with a strong sense of responsibility is essential
Education & Certification
- Degree holder in IT, IS or any related disciplines
- Certificate of CISA / CISSP / DPO or similar will be a plus
Experience
- At least 5 years full time IT service or system administration experience. Working experience in a multi-national company is a plus
