Role:             Senior Associate

The CRM Sr. Developer and Administrator is responsible for supporting the Dezan Shira & Associates’ MS Dynamics 365 CRM application. Reporting to DSA Marketing with cross reports in Group IT and IS, this role collaborates with IS, web-development, digital and marketing teams and business users to provide expert technical support in the strategic planning, design, development, implementation, and ongoing administration and user support of the company’s enterprise CRM solution.

Position responsibilities:

General

  • Play a key role within our marketing and technology teams, as Dezan Shira’s Dynamics 365 technical expert, architect and system administrator.
  • Work with business users, marketing and other technology teams to identify, prioritize and document requirements for CRM technology enhancements and workflow improvements.
  • Vigilantly follow and monitor the company's practices and methodologies, and change control and security policies and practices in the development and rollout of CRM technologies.
  • Provide excellent support for all cross-platform integration and multi-team collaboration projects.

Projects

  • Support our marketing and technology teams on projects and production support.
  • Design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database fields, screens, workflows, reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to workflow analysis and process engineering activities which impact CRM applications.
  • Develop custom CRM reports and dashboards requested by the business lines.
  • Coordinate system design activities and perform business/system impact analysis on initiatives to introduce, modify or upgrade CRM applications.
  • Provide full CRM-side technical support to plan, develop and implement applications, databases and services integrations.

Documentation, Training and User Support

  • Develop end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids and workflows.
  • Contribute to delivering and developing end user and management training on CRM, features and changes.
  • Provide expert system administration support for the CRM applications across all business lines, including researching and troubleshooting application bugs, replicating issues, and coordinating with IS & IT.
  • Provide second-level and VIP assistance to users on day-to-day issues, problems and questions.
  • Coordinate support of CRM data management, data archival and disaster recovery.

Information, Reporting and other Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast of DSA’s latest publications every day, to continually enhance your knowledge;
  • Develop an understanding DSA’s services which relate to foreign investment, legal, tax, and accounting;

Position Requirements

Education and Employment experience

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification desired
  • At least 4 years of experience working in a multinational company, within a cross-organizational role;
  • At least 2 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 (or MS Dynamics CRM online, or MS Dynamics CRM 2016, 2015, or 2013)
  • At least 2 years of experience managing CRM technology projects, including gathering and documenting business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows, reports and dashboards, and troubleshooting application bugs
  • At least 2 years project or direct experience using web development tools and technologies such as: ASP.Net, C#, .NET, SQL Server or similar products

Technical abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow design, business rules, custom configuration, web services integration, and report and UI development.
  • Demonstrated experience with SDLC concepts, methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience in managing projects, coordinating process reengineering efforts and workflow analysis.

Language and other Key skills

  • Excellent, business-level English writing and speaking language skills; Others are a plus.

  • Excellent analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Highly organized ability to think creatively, collaboratively and efficiently.
  • Works very effectively within (and enjoys) diverse and dynamic multicultural and multi-linguistic teams;
