Manager, Company Secretarial Service Division

We are currently looking for a competitive candidate to join our growing team for Hong Kong Company Secretaries Service. The candidate will function as the in-charge company secretary officer for the Hong Kong companies of our clients from Europe and US.
Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of onshore and offshore companies by providing all types of corporate, business, management and administration services;
- Oversee the smooth operation of the team;
- Develop and promote the business;
- Build up opportunities for additional services from existing clients;
- Manage, coach & develop a team of professional staff to assistant levels;
- Monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team;
- Report to the Managing Partner;
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments when required.
Job Requirements
- Holding membership of HKICS;
- Over 5 years’ relevant experience gained from professional firms, at least 2 years in supervisory level;
- Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;
- Expert in Hong Kong company regulations and familiar with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions;
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, skilled in planning and management reporting;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work independently and as a good team leader;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Familiarity with CSA is a definite advantage;
- Hard-working, responsible and able to work under pressure;
- Immediate availability is preferable;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager position.
