Job description:

  • Responsible for increasing the profile of the firm;
  • Serve as a representative of DSA at business and community events;
  • Create a public relations strategy with initiatives that increase awareness of the firm’s services and general leads in the business community;
  • Focus areas include PR, business events planning and partnership establishment and enhancement such as:
    • Lead and organize marketing campaigns and events
    • Compose marketing collaterals, promotion service flyers in coordination with service colleagues
    • Promote the firm’s thought leadership in the area of foreign direct investment
    • Coordinate and maintain partner relationships (chamber of chambers, business organizations, embassies & consulates, etc.)
    • Improve media relations with journalist, writers, and media agencies, coordinate with interviewers and enhance syndication relationships,
    • Press release development and distribution in media coordination, through media/digital promotion channels, to generate enough media coverage, to give out the brand awareness in the Asia market,
    • Oversee the development and execution of company marketing campaign in the timeline.
  • Secondary functional areas include sponsorship developments, publication distributions, digital marketing and social media channels such as:
    • In charge of advertising inquires in all China
    • Communication, promotion the Silk Road sale in HK and Asia
  • Recruit and manage local assistants on major projects and campaigns, performance routine tasks


Desired candidates have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, media, or public relations
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Good presentation & event management skills
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, and an interest in China’s legal, tax and business environment
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Strong initiative to lead new marketing campaigns
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
  • Willingness to travel in the region
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of other software a plus
  • Study and/or work experience overseas a strong plus
