Zoe Zhou - Manager
Zoe Zhou practiced Chinese law in Guangzhou before formally joining Dezan & Shira. Her particular field of expertise is company law, FDI, M & A, IP law and labour law. Zoe graduated from Jilin University in 2003 with a master's degree. She has also studied at Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies for one year (2001-2002).
As one of the most experienced business advisory professionals at Dezan Shira & Associates, Zoe leads project for our clients through the whole South China, including due diligences, M&A, restructuring, wholly foreign-owned and joint venture company set ups.
She also supervise our in-house published material, including China Briefing Technical Guides and the China Briefing monthly magazine. She also periodically writes for other publication like the Beijing Review, China Contact and Here Dongguan.
