Rosario Di Maggio - Manager South China and Vietnam
Rosario is responsible for our clients in China’s Great Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Vietnam and supervises our six offices across these regions. As Business Advisory Manager, he coordinates our in-house teams of lawyers and tax and accounting experts, to set and implement client’s foreign direct investments in the region. His fields of expertise include FDI structuring, cross border international taxation and cross cultural management.
From September 2010, Rosario has served as Vice President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South China. He periodically writes for our in-house publication China Briefing as well as for other foreign investment-related publications such as il Sole 24 Ore, Eurobiz, Sur de China, Quaderno, Beijing Review and Newsmercati.
Rosario holds an MBA from HKUST and a master’s degree in international relations and developing countries from Bologna University. He is bilingual in Italian and French and fluent in English and Spanish and has lived in China since 2004. Rosario joined Dezan Shira & Associates in May 2006.
