Lucy Liu, is an Assistant Manager at Business Advisory Services Team, Dezan Shira & Associates located in Shenzhen Office. She specializes in FDI related legal services dealing with incorporation, alteration, and de-registration of foreign related invested enterprises. She also provides advisory services on Foreign Direct Investment Structures in Regions of Guangdong.  

She has completed her Master’s degree in Law from University of Exeter. Previously, Lucy has gained years of extensive experience working as a Paralegal and Inhouse Legal Counsel for several Chinese Legal Firms and Finance Companies.
