Kelsey helps oversee Dezan Shira & Associates’ Corporate Communications, focusing on marketing operations, partnership development and media relations in North America, Greater China, India and Southeast Asia. She also assists with Business Development in Hong Kong and North America and regularly contributes editorial content/editing for North America, China Briefing and India Briefing. Currently based in Hong Kong, she previously worked in both the Beijing and New Delhi offices.

Kelsey holds an International Business with French degree from Regent’s University London, Majoring in Marketing with a Minor in Management. She also studied abroad in France at EDHEC Business School Lille and ESCE Paris. Kelsey has experience working in North American, European and Asian markets.
